Here at Blue Bee, we like to keep team morale high- so we think we have come up with an ingenious way to plan our team building exercises! On a 6 week rotation, a different member of the Blue Bee team organises an outing. Following the trip, they are scored out of 10 for both originality and fun.
This week, it was our Director Mark’s turn to choose. He arranged a trip to the New Forest Water Park – Mark was praying for good weather and luckily for his score, the sunshine was out!
Measuring in at 40 meters long, the floating, inflatable Aqua Park has 2 trampolines, flippers, slides, hurdles, rockers, rollers, an overhang climbing wall, a swing and a giant iceberg!
We had great fun watching different members face plant the equipment, fall into the lake and heaving themselves out of the water. It was (in Mark’s opinion) a great team bonding exercise….will everyone’s scores reflect his thoughts?
