What We Delivered
Chap Clothing have a fabulous range of bespoke clothing products and needed a high-end website to match. With a selection of products that have been handcrafted in England to be both practical and stylish, this is a strong brand required a functional way for their customers to shop online. They wanted their site to incorporate an online store that both allows customers to navigate to exactly what they are looking for, and purchase their chosen products with ease, which is exactly what we went on to produce.
Taking inspiration from their existing branding, which they were keen to keep consistent, we created a stylish website that is responsive across all devices and easy to use. When it comes to ecommerce sites, it is very important to ensure that they look clean and streamlined across both desktop and mobile devices as more and more people are shopping using their tablets and smartphones, which is why we ensured that Chap Clothing’s new website achieved just that.
Using images that we knew would resonate with the company’s target audience, large product images have been used to show potential customers exactly what they could buy, and an optimised description about each product means that these pages will be searchable. We also included a ‘You may also like’ feature to lead people to other products in order to upsell where possible, and provide a smooth user experience.
The site contains an online store which caters for all aspects of the ordering process, and enables customers to create a bespoke order and have their item made especially to their selected requirements. For those who want that extra personal touch, we included a contact form which allows people to make an appointment to visit the company and discuss their needs.
This not only helps people to get exactly what they want with ease, but also works as a fantastic lead generation tool should Chap Clothing want to collect useful details from those making the enquiries. This form can also be used to ask questions that are not related to making an appointment, which is accessible on a ‘Contact us’ page.
