What We Delivered
Biopharma Group needed a new website to showcase the range of clean air laboratory equipment that they distribute in the UK – Faster Air. With products covering everything from safety cabinets to fume cupboards, and clients including both privately-owned laboratories and large scale public sector developments, we knew that this website needed to be streamlined and professional in order to send the right message to potential customers.
We worked closely with Faster Air to ensure that their website design and brand message were clean and crisp, identifying imagery and colours that we believed would be most appropriate for their target audience. Communication is key when it comes to selling this kind of product, and it was important to display integral information in a way that is easy to consume. With this in mind, we created a design that works across all devices and platforms, so that no matter how prospective customers wanted to find out more about Faster Air, they would be able to do so without any hassle or frustration.
Extra functionality, such as the option to download product brochures, was included so that information could be read and revisited without having to go back to the website, saving people time and giving them the option to share these brochures with others who might be involved in making decisions.
A custom contact form was also designed to give potential customers a quick way to ask any questions that they might have, and to collect useful information for the company, such as where the user heard about them, whenever a question is asked, which is a helpful lead generation tool.
We also strived to find unique ways to display product information, to provide details that were presented in an engaging way as well as being easy to digest, including a general description, specifications, and imagery to share as much information as possible. For social proofing, we also included a list of some of Faster Air’s most prestigious clients on the site, which is a great way to show those considering using your business how many others have trusted you and used your products and services in the past.
