What We Delivered
We were pleased to work with Insignia Global Partners on their branding project, which included designing a new website and creating a range of branded stationery. This company work to provide excellent human resource services to businesses in the healthcare sector, and work with a number of leading institutions in this industry. By finding the right people for vacant roles, Insignia Global Partners can help these healthcare companies to run effectively and productively, without having to spend too much time on recruitment processes in-house.
We chose a simple but impactful purple and grey colour palette for Insignia Global Partners’ branding, and these are the colours that you will find throughout their new website design. Through using dark purple around heading and key information, and a lighter shade for CTAs and social buttons, users can easily see the areas where they can access further details. High-quality imagery was selected to complement the fresh new design, and we have plans to add some engaging videography to the website in the near future too.
The jobs listing page is a very important part of Insignia Global Partners’ as this is where people can see what is available to them. Each job is listed very clearly, with vital information (such as the location of the role) made prominent. People can search for roles that fit their chosen location or sector, and by using a specific job title, so it’s very easy for people to find positions that are relevant to them. This means that individuals will have a seamless user journey throughout their job search, and won’t need to worry about sorting through irrelevant job listings to find their perfect role.
We have made the application process very easy too. The online form that needs completing is clear and bold, which means that there is no confusion over the information that’s required. Applying for jobs can be stressful, so we wanted to make sure that we made this part of the website as simple and effective as possible, and both Blue Bee Solutions and our client feel that we have achieved this.
