What We Delivered
West Barn Lodge was a new business that needed us to help them to come up with a brand identity that really reflected what they do, and create a website which could both promote their accommodation online, and enable guests to book, plus ask any queries that they may have, quickly and easily.
The lodge is an impressive refurbished farm building set in the heart of the Wiltshire countryside, which accommodates up to 20 guests and is like a home away from home. In addition to this, the lodge can be hired for private functions and business events, meaning that they have a wide audience to target.
We worked closely with the family who run the business to ensure that their new branding was in line with the vision that they described to us. We then planned, designed, and developed a site that shows the true nature of the beautiful lodge, using stunning imagery that certainly captivates the imagination, and brand colours that complement the images without taking away too much focus.
To make it very simple for people to book their stay at the lodge online, we included an availability calendar which potential customers can use to check whichever dates they are interested in, and easily see any days that they are unable to book. Once they have chosen their dates, they just need to enter how many people will be staying, making it a very streamlined and hassle-free customer journey.
We ensured that there are landing pages for every type of information that people may be looking for, including USPs and local activities and places of interest that guests may find useful, and these were all optimised so that anyone searching for this type of property online would be served the website and inspired to browse through its pages.
Finally, we included both West Barn Lodge’s contact details, and an online contact form, so that potential customers can choose how they would like to get in touch, with the form able to help the company with lead generation too.
