A strategic rebrand for a growing UK property company
Formerly operating as Primmer Olds B.A.S., the company had been a respected name in both commercial and residential property for more than 35 years. With operations spanning Hampshire, Dorset, Wiltshire and Sussex, they had cultivated a reputation as a fast‑paced, multi‑disciplined team of surveyors, agents and property managers. As they prepared for a new phase of growth driven by shifting demographics and increasingly ambitious UK‑wide plans, they approached Blue Bee to help redefine their brand identity.

How Blue Bee helped shape Mava’s next chapter
With a long-established heritage behind them, the business sought to evolve from Primmer Olds B.A.S. into a more modern, future‑focused brand. They wanted to appeal not only to their loyal, existing client base but also to a younger generation of private investors, while strengthening their presence among property developers and industry partners who could benefit from the breadth of their services. The brief centered on creating a refreshed brand identity that respected their 35‑year legacy while signalling innovation and progress. This included exploring contemporary colour palettes, updated typography and creative executions centered around the letter M. The new identity also needed to be rolled out across both digital and physical marketing materials and brought to life through a new website capable of supporting property listings more effectively.
Two full rounds of refinements were produced to ensure the chosen direction reflected Mava’s vision precisely. Once finalised, the new brand identity emerged as confident, modern and ready to support the company’s next chapter.

Transforming property listings through user‑first design
Blue Bee began the website project by rethinking the entire structure of Mava Real Estate’s online presence. The first stage involved creating a brand‑new sitemap that would accurately reflect the company’s full range of services while carrying forward the long‑standing expertise associated with Primmer Olds B.A.S. The goal was to modernise the navigation and content layout without losing the heritage and trust the previous brand had built over more than three decades. This meant carefully mapping each service area, ensuring clear pathways for commercial, residential, valuation, consultancy and property management offerings, and presenting them in a way that felt both contemporary and recognisably linked to the firm’s legacy.
Alongside the structural redesign, Blue Bee also focused on improving the overall property search experience. They introduced a streamlined search flow that allowed visitors to find relevant listings more quickly and with fewer steps. The enquiry process was refined to reduce friction, making it easier for potential clients to contact the team directly from any listing and ensuring enquiries reached the right department without delay.
To achieve this, Blue Bee recommended replacing the outdated internal system with PropertyHive, a trusted WordPress plugin widely used across the estate agency sector. By integrating PropertyHive into the new site, the team delivered a robust and scalable solution capable of handling property data more efficiently while supporting the dynamic features expected of a modern real estate website. The integration allowed for smoother property uploads, enhanced filtering options, improved listing presentation and a more professional, reliable output for both staff and site visitors.
Working in collaboration with Mava Real Estate, Blue Bee designed and developed a site that united the refreshed brand identity with a vastly improved user experience. The final website not only showcased the company’s extensive expertise and full service offering but also delivered a modern, easy‑to‑navigate platform that reflected the evolution from Primmer Olds B.A.S. to Mava Real Estate.

Design & marketing assets
As part of the wider rebrand, Blue Bee developed a full suite of marketing collateral that brought the new Mava Real Estate identity to life across print and promotional materials. This included a refreshed corporate brochure that introduced the brand and showcased the company’s expertise, as well as a polished property brochure template designed to present listings with clarity and professionalism. Every asset was created to strengthen brand consistency, reflect Mava’s modernised personality and support day‑to‑day client engagement.
Blue Bee also produced a branded roller banner for events and a concise two‑page service flyer that distilled the company’s offering into an accessible format. Together, this collection of materials reaffirmed the transition from Primmer Olds B.A.S. to Mava Real Estate, reinforcing the brand’s confidence, professionalism and readiness for its next chapter while ensuring their communications remained impactful across every touchpoint.

Since launch
Since the new website went live in mid‑October 2025, Mava Real Estate has already generated more than 11,415 website views. This level of traffic in such a short time is a particularly impressive indicator of strong search visibility, effective optimisation and high user interest in the refreshed brand and website experience.
SEO and content
Mava Real Estate has also been organically discovered over 7,124 times, demonstrating the strength of the site’s SEO foundations and the growing recognition of the new brand. This level of organic visibility so soon after going live shows that the rebrand and optimised content are already helping Mava appear more prominently in search results, driving high‑quality traffic without any reliance on paid activity.

Conclusion
The project concluded with a successful launch event in Southampton, celebrating the collaboration and transformational work completed between Blue Bee and Mava Real Estate. The new brand identity, marketing collateral and website were met with strong enthusiasm from clients, partners and the wider community.
The rebrand has firmly positioned Mava Real Estate as a dynamic, forward-thinking company, fully prepared to support both long‑standing clients and a new generation of investors and developers.
