An exciting opportunity has arisen at our Salisbury office for an experienced Digital Account Manager to join the blue bee team.
The Role
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Digital Account Manager to join our website & graphic design team! As a Digital Account Manager at our company, your main duty will be to develop and manage website and graphic design projects with our clients and help them achieve their digital marketing goals.
Your role will be extremely important for customer success, satisfaction, and ultimately, loyalty.
Account Manager Responsibilities
- Build long-term relationships with clients
- Investigate and determine clients wants and needs
- Manage client projects from conception to delivery
- Be the main point of contact between the client and the rest of the team
- Manage the teams task lists and hours
- Communication is key! Stay connected with each of your clients
Account Manager Requirements
