Responsibilities and skillset
Project Planning and Coordination
- Take the lead in conducting projects, setting the rhythm, and ensuring flawless coordination between clients and our talented creative teams.
- Wield your flair for design to help shape the visual aesthetics and ensure that the projects are visually stunning and engaging.
- Juggle project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines like a seasoned performer, ensuring a smooth flow of activities.
- Strike the right notes by closely monitoring project progress, promptly identifying any potential risks or hiccups, and proactively resolving them.
Team Management and Collaboration
- Foster a collaborative and energising work environment among our diverse team of designers, developers, copywriters, and more.
- Assign tasks with precision, matching the skills and expertise of our talented team to ensure the seamless execution of projects.
- Conduct spirited team meetings, where ideas bounce like confetti, and celebrate milestones when the team exceeds expectations.
Client Relationship Management
- Captivate our clients with your exceptional communication skills and personalised attention as their main point of contact.
- Engage in delightful conversations, listening intently to client’s needs and aspirations to bring their visions to life.
- Harmonise client feedback and requests with our creative teams, ensuring everyone is in tune and delivering beyond expectations.
- Communicate with our clients with timely updates on project status, milestones, and any adjustments to scope, budget, or timelines.
Quality Assurance and Delivery
- Be the guardian of quality, ensuring every note hits the mark and every pixel shines in our deliverables.
- Conduct meticulous quality checks throughout the project lifecycle, making sure that our work stands out and dazzles.
- Conduct internal and client reviews, gracefully incorporating feedback and directing revisions.
- Impress with a flawless final delivery, organising files and documents like a pro.
Your working hours are set at 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We value flexibility and offer the option for our staff members to work from home. However, we kindly request that your primary place of work be our office on a regular basis, whenever possible. We strive to maintain a friendly and collaborative environment where we can connect face-to-face and work together effectively.
